I don't think Neil Hamburger is doing the same thing as Ralph Handel. Neil Hamburger has "funny" jokes and besides. To say this guys is a wannabe Hamburger doesn't make sense cuz Hamburger (though good) is a wanna be Tony Clifton (kaufman)
