Comedy Central's first live event, Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Benefit for Autism Education will be held at New York City's Beacon Theatre on Sunday, October 15 at 8pm.

There are a several things you should know about this event. First, you can watch the live simulcast right here on comedycentral.com. Second, if you happen to be in New York City or would like to make a pilgrimage, tickets are going for $250, $125 and $75. You can get yours at http://www.ticketmaster.com or call 212-307-7171.

So all you fat cats will help raise money for a variety of education programs for autistic children and adults, which unlike vacation at your time share, will leave you with a fuzzy feeling inside.
