Fox News: Sarah Silverman "May Have Crossed the Line"
Evidently
queefing ghosts and AIDS humor are cool with the fair and balanced crew over at Fox News, but don't you dare let Yahweh get all up in them guts:
In the episode, God chooses to speak to Silverman because of a selfless song she sings. She's surprised to learn the man she's speaking to is God. She asks him "Are you God’s black friend?" and then decides to call him "Black God."
The pair end up going back to Silverman's place for a night of passion that includes God asking her "Who made you, monkey? Who created you?" during the height of their passion.
The next morning, after she rebuffs God's attempt to take the relationship further, she kicks him in the groin.
Negative comments posted to [Comedy Central]'s Web site questioned the show's taste, the conservative Web site WorldNetDaily reported Thursday.
"God, what are these people thinking?" one comment to the site said. "And I find it frightening that there are people who actually do think these shows are in any way creative or funny."
So the righties don't like women who hump God, eh? Nobody tell The Blessed Mother Mary. She had sex with God, right? I'm not much of a reader.
Anyway, I guess they have a point though. After all, if anyone knows comedy, it's the people behind The 1/2 Hour News Hour.
