Video: Tracy Morgan Channels Tracy Jordan

Just a couple weeks after pleading guilty to a DUI, Tracy Morgan appeared on a local Texas morning show to promote a pair of upcoming standup gigs (VIDEO). His behavior hilariously made the host very uncomfortable.

What do you think? Is Tracy doing a bit to build hype for 30 Rock and his live shows, or does he need Dot Com to sit on him?
