Can I "Kick" It?
Before I knew anything about the new movie Kickin' It Old Skool, I saw the trailer in a theater. I heard, "In 1986 he was the best break dancer…" and I thought, "Yes. Absolutely. You totally got me. I'm seeing this movie."
Then I heard, "Jamie Kennedy stars as…" and I did a complete 180. I was all, "Nope. Not gonna do it. You had me, but now you lost me."
I liked JK in supporting roles (Scream, Enemy of the State), but I am not on board the Kennedy train when he has to carry a film. Am I wrong? What do you think about Kickin' It Old Skool? It's got Michael Rosenbaum, Christopher McDonald and Alan Ruck – that's not nothing. (Although Michael McDonald, Christopher Atkins and Alan Rickman would have been killer!!!!) Weigh in below:
