Comedy Central is home to some of the funniest shows around: The Daily Show, the Colbert Report. I normally really enjoy watching their programs. Today I saw a skit in really poor taste, though. In the middle of the afternoon I was watching the channel with my son and they played a spoof on Brittany Spears called "Lick My Baby Back Bottom" where "she" sung about wanting her "Daddy" to molest her / have sex with her / lick her baby back bottom." I do not think topics like incest and child molestation are funny even when sung to a music video. I was really sickened by it. I am not an overly religious prudish person – but I do feel there should be some line drawn. I hope they no longer play this spoof.
