Jamil's Live Comedy Beat

If you were dying to see Helen Keller live on stage through the power of magic sadly you've missed your chance.  But don't fret, you have more chances to catch celebrities brought back from the dead to host comedy in Livia's Castle of Enchantment.  I checked out the show last Thursday and was treated to a high-octane 30 minute variety show of stand-up, monologues, sketch comedy, and shorts that leaves you wanting more. Last Thursday I witnessed Biz Ellis and Livia Scott channel the spirits of Annie Sullivan and Hellen Keller, as well as the comedic stylings of Eric Andres, Patrick Borelli, and Dirty Jeans & Thunder Chief, and some comedy short shorts from Jon Friedman (of the Rejection Show). Definitely worth checking out. Tomorrow night's show features dead guest celeb host Bette Davis as well as Ann Carr, Claudia Cogan, Ophira Eisenberg, Eliza Skinner, and Nick Turner. Check it.
