Iconic Los Angeles comedy club The Laugh Factory has announced they've signed former SNL cast-member Jon Lovitz to a lifetime deal:

[Lovitz will] perform at the comedy club every Wednesday at 8 p.m. until he dies.

Lovitz's standup act at the Laugh Factory was set to expire on June 30. Owner Jamie Masada said in a statement, "I had to do whatever I could to keep this incredible show at the Laugh Factory."

So take heart America. Even when the icecaps have melted and flooded half the country and the robot overlords have taken over and forced all of mankind into slavery, you'll still be able to get your weekly Tommy Flanagan fix.
