EllendEllen DeGeneres (aka The Lesbian the Bush Family Can Agree On Other Than Lynne Cheney) has agreed to participate in TBS' (aka That Network That Brings You Tyler Perry's House of Payne) new five-day Chicago summer comedy festival. Slated to make its debut in 2009, the new line-up replaces HBO's Aspen venue as the showcase for new up-and-coming talent for all them suits to pick up on the cheap.

Also of note, the fest runs in conjunction with Montreal's famed Just for Laughs. Hilarity to ensue.
