Trailer for New Venture Brothers Season
The newly leaked trailer for the Venture Brothers just appeared online. Patrick Warburton (Puddy on Seinfeld) will lend his voice again to the muscle-bound lady killer Brock Sampson for the highly-anticipated third season of the Venture Brothers, premiering this June on Adult Swim. Never heard of it? Imagine the 1960s adventure series Johnny Quest and Speedracer – then add a drug addled super scientist, his two frequently-cloned sons, a bodyguard with a license-to-kill, and an arch-enemy who favors a butterfly costume. Mix in parodies of everything from Easy Rider to Scooby Doo and you've just about got it.
The Venture boys learn valuable life lessons about cheating death and how to score with the daughter of the necromancer next door. We're hoping Stephen Colbert will reprise his role as Mr. Impossible, a pompous sendup of the head of the Fantastic Four.
