Consider your hopes for the Coked-Up Werewolf getting a promotion officially dashed. NBC announced today what we all knew was coming: Jimmy Fallon will take over hosting duties at Late Night when Conan O'Brien ascends to The Tonight Show. I vote for Gay Hitler as his sidekick. We get to vote, right?
