For a politician, Rudy Giuliani has quite a comedic history. He's been on SNL a bunch of times, and there was that time he punk'd the GOP with his "presidential candidacy." Anyway, he's funny and today America's Mayor turns a sprightly 911 years old. Here he is on Weekend Update a few months ago:
