Start dusting off the Mountie costume you wore at that shady 1999 Halloween party. America's closest neighbor stops by for a visit with Little Mosque on the Prairie, a popular Canadian sitcom about a small Muslim community in a prairie town. Fox picked up the rights to this 'little' gem after in ended its run on Canada's CBC in January of 2007.

No word on a cast yet, but Mary Darling, the executive producer of the show through Toronto-based Westwind pictures noted that Fox understands what they have to do. "Fox got the creative vision of the show, that it has to be funny while it treads sensitively on certain Muslim issues," miss Darling says. Let's hope nothing gets lost in translation. Fox reports, you decide.
