Indecision2008 has passed along the sad news that MSNBC's Tim Russert has died of a heart attack at age 58. Here he is on The Daily Show about one year ago:
My family will miss this man. Our prayers are with his family and we thank them for sharing Mr. Russert with us all these years. He was just so good at his job. He elevated political discourse – I am a better person and citizen for having watched him.
I really liked Mr. Russert. He was one of my very favorite TV journalists, and his sharp mind, quick wit, and vibrant sense of humor would often help cheer me up on those cloudy days. MSNBC won't be the same without him.
God bless you, Mr. Russert, and God Bless America.
