Because The American Film Institute is obsessed with grouping movies of importance in multiples of ten, they have now ranked the top ten films of specific genres including Animation, Western, Mystery, and of course, Romantic Comedy. Charlie Chaplin's City Lights beat out the likes of Annie Hall and Harold and Maude to top that list. Despite what the weird background image may indicate, here's the trailer:
