Two Major Office Spin-Off Announcements

Hot on the heels of last months very exciting news that Aziz Ansari will be on the upcoming Office spin-off, Videogum has delivered two huge pieces of news about the highly anticipated show.

For starters, Amy Poehler has been added to the cast. Wow, right? Short of Jesus Christ himself, I can't think of a funnier choice for the show. It also gives credence to my theory that they could successfully cast the show with only A-named people (Fingers crossed, Andrew McCarthy!).

And for followers, Vgum scooped the world with word that Daily Show writer Rachel Axler has been snagged to write for the show.

So, I guess anything's possible, but at this point if you expect anything but pure, uncut, diamond-encrusted hilarity from The Office: The New Class, you're pretty much an asshole.
