Funny or Die Kills Blue Collar Site

According to Reuters, the OrDieNetwork (ODN), parent company of FunnyOrDie, has shuttered BlueCollarOrDie, a site that served as the virtual trailer park for the Blue Collar Comedy group. It appears that the site was not able to generate the kind of traffic that was going to FOD. Partly it was due to the demographic – Blue Collar's audience is a little older, and though they are huge fans of the group's television and live performances, they like to keep their comedy on TV and their internet for what it was designed for: Titty pics.

ODN has several other "orDie" sites with a focus outside comedy, including extreme sports and video games. I'd like to propose that they branch out to other genres, like MariachiOrDie, NapkinOrigamiOrDie, PhilatelyOrDie, and perhaps the most useful, SittingOnYourAssWatchingInternetVideosOrDie.
