Isaac Hayes was great for the show. It's a shame the way things went down. I was also hoping that they would be able to patch things up. RIP Isaac Hayes (and Chef).

RIP Isaac. It was horrible news when he left the show, and I was hoping past differences could be set aside and he would one day come back. But that will never happen now. Luckily we still had many shows and many years of ur beloved lunch cook, Chef.

The door was always left open for chef to return, and I too, held out hope. Now he can't. I will miss Chef, and Isaac. Chocolate, salty balls; hot buttered soul and the whole darn thing.

Yes he was talented but he was a hypocrite. He didn't have any qualms making money when the show made fun of every one and everything else under the sun, like Mormons etc, but as soon as Scientology was the subject, he got all morally indignant and left the show. It was all on him as far as I'm concerned. Nice of the creators to make this tribute regardless, though.
