Tony Rock is a stand-up who must really love the craft, given that he's the younger brother of a comedian famous enough to set attendance records overseas (no matter how temporary). Seems like Tony's got enough chops to handle drumstick-chucking hecklers as this Washington Post article tells how he's coming into his own as a professional.
I can see how it would be easy to hate Chris in that same position. Navigating the waters of brotherly fame from Billy Carter punchline status to Charlie Murphy pop culture immortality is a rough game, but the brothers Rock seem to have hit upon one solution:
"Tony says they're close. He and Chris talk on the phone a lot, about their beloved Mets
but not much about their jobs. Tony flies to Chris's biggest shows, and
Chris attends some of Tony's. They spend Christmases together with
their family in South Carolina."
Get that, famous siblings-to-be? Show up to each others' gigs but don't talk shop. That's Michael/Fredo Corleone territory.
