Arnold Schwarzenegger Proposes Insane Tire Pressure Scheme
From Indecision 2008…
What kind of Republican does Arnold Schwarzenegger think he is? First the tabloid media catches him marrying a Kennedy and now he's stealing marching orders from Barack Obama's radical leftist agenda…
Guess what advice emanated today from California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger — a McCain ally and fellow Republican — in launching a campaign to help Americans cut down on their gasoline usage?
"Here are some additional simple things that I will recommend, like proper tire pressure or avoiding rapid starts and stops," Schwarzenegger said, speaking via satellite in Denver.
Tire gauges? What a girlie man! Someone ought to tell the governor that he lives in America now, and in America, when our tires go flat, we abandon the car and buy a bigger one, goddammit!
Not to mention that we "enrich Big Oil" when we buy air instead of gasoline. Never mind why! Just take Newt Gingrich's word for it.
Hopefully, Schwarzenegger's advice won't trigger a run on tire gauges at your local store. But, even if they do, the McCain campaign should have a few extras on hand.
