UCB Gives Us Snapple Facts
An alarming look into the Snapple writers' room from Upright Citizens Brigade.
This is not a remotely accurate depiction of life working as a writer. Sure, the berating is real, the competitive, ego-slaying fights and cruel put downs are real, the cocaine is real, and I won't lie to you, there are white boards. But they never give us any Snapple to drink.
And hey, I just noticed some Snapple Facts that were wrong. They claim that "Thailand means 'Land of the Free,'" but we all know that America was named for Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci, whose middle name was "Terra Gratis," which actually means "Land of the Free." Take that Snapple.
