Is 2008 the year of Norm Macdonald or what? First he turned in a legendary performance at the Bob Saget Roast and now he's been announced for the Los Angeles installment of Mitch Across America. Can we get Norm a new TV show now? Do any of you know anyone who works for Comedy Central? Make it happen!

Norm will be joined at The Hollywood Improv by Nick Thune, Al Madrigal, Todd Glass and some surprise guests. The show begins at 10pm on Tuesday, and tickets are $14 plus a two-item minimum.

In case you haven't been paying attention, Mitch Across America is a multi-venue comedy tribute to the late, great Mitch Hedberg. It takes place next Tuesday, September 9th. Info on other venues is here.
