I'm 30, so I'll probably spend this weekend the way I spend every other weekend: Watching The Weather Channel and developing Alzheimer's disease. But if you've still got an ounce of youth left in you, you should probably watch MTV's Video Music Awards this Sunday, otherwise you won't understand what anyone's talking about over the Red Bull cooler Monday morning. Also, Russell Brand is hosting, and he's both British and funny. Look:
