Ron White Arrested For Drug Possession, Vero Beach FL Can Breathe Easier
Blue Collar Comedy Tour mainstay Ron White (pictured at right with what I assume is a legal stogie) got busted for possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and a pipe last night in Vero Beach, Florida.
Three ounces? Says our own Gonzalo Cordova: "I don't want to encourage drug use, but I carry more than that hidden up my ass at all times.
White was en route to a show, but paid the $1,000 bail and was on his way. The comedian started his set more than an hour late. Turns out someone narced on him:
"An anonymous tipster told Vero Beach Police detectives an airplane
would be landing at 5 p.m. at the city's airport with a passenger
carrying illegal drugs, said Officer John Morrison, spokesman for the
Vero Beach Police Department."
Turns out the only people on Ron White's plane were the comedian and the pilot. I smell a rat. Who could hate Ron White? Is this some cruel inside prank by Larry the Cable Guy? Perhaps Ron should switch to salvia while it's still legal. I hear it's all the rage with the kids.
