The last time Soulja Boy gave a shout out to a cartoon character, it was Superman, and look how that turned out. Everyone loves Superman now. Now, in his new vlog, Soulja Boy is spreading the love around with a bona fide shout out to Cartman. It's around 7:10 and NSFW.
Now I know why they call him Soulja Boy Tell 'Em. Because he's got things to say like shouts out to Eric Cartman, and then he takes those things and tells 'em.
