Live in the Emerald City? Have nothing to do in the month of November after Election Day. Check out the 29th annual Seattle International Comedy Competition. In past years the festival has launched the careers of Mitch Hedberg and Patton Oswalt.
The competition runs from November 5-30, and will feature 32 comics who will compete in the Battle For Seattle and the chance for $5K in cash. The stage will turn red – from funny blood. Aside from the new faces there will be performances by Kathy Griffin, Paula Poundstone, Bill Cosby, Robin Williams and Cheech & Chong,
But you can't go until you vote. Because if you don't I'm going to track you down and punch you. With my votin' hand.
