When I first watched the Toby's part, I thought it was just a music video (I didn't see the parts with Colbert).

Once I realized it was part of a Colbert special, I assumed that Toby's part was making fun of his own stereotype, and in the process distancing himself from it.

If that's the case then major props to Mr. Keith, because I wouldn't put it past him to believe every word of that song.

Those of you who didn't like Toby Keith's appearance on the show obviously did not "get it." As a matter of fact, do you even get the humor on Colbert's show? And who goes around using the c-word. Ignorant and trashy. What a winning combination.
