On last night's Daily Show, John Oliver attempted to blow the lid off the nefarious underpinnings of CNN's election touch-screen and quickly learned he was in way over his head.
It's hard not to wonder what the future holds for election coverage technology. Will 2012 see up-to-the-second election results delivered by the media via a drinkable digital wireless news nano-beverage? But the real question is, at what point will technology advance so far that we won't have elections at all, because we'll be too busy evading the man-hungry carnivorous robot dinosaurs?
