Things sure have changed since the days of the Pilgrims. In 2008, we get to watch The Daily Show four nights a week, and every year at Thanksgiving, we eat delicious turkey. But back then, venison was more common at the annual feast than turkey, and people had to watch Not Necessarily the News. With that in mind, here's an octet of Daily Show clips to be thankful for.

Canadians don't celebrate thanksgiving, silly billy!

Canadians aren't allowed to watch the vids on this site – instead we have to go to the canadian version and sift through ten years of the daily show ourselves. Just awesome. It shouldn't take more than three or four months to find these eight clips.

But thankfully we are allowed to watch the commercials leading up to the clips.

Seconded, these videos don't work with Flash Player 10. Way to f**k up!
