Where Will Bill Murray Show Up Next?
Being a comedy hound, I'm usually not a huge gossip fan. When given an option, Chuck Bass doesn't hold a candle to the comedic stylings of Billy Bass. Unless a singing animatronic fish is dating a gay DJ, leave me out of it. But now it seems one of my favorite comic actors is gracing the gossip pages for being a party animal.
Suddenly, one of Dave [Summer]'s guests runs over to tell him: "The real Bill Murray just walked in the door."
"You're joking," Dave scoffs.
"No, really, he's here."
Still
not entirely convinced, but worried the actor might leave if there's no
booze, Dave runs to a nearby bodega to grab some beer. When he returns,
the shopping bag breaks in the hallway. As errant bottles roll across
the floor, suddenly there's Bill Murray—leaning down to help collect
the beer and even sticking one in his shirt pocket.
Wow. That's like The Legend of Bagger Vance, minus Will Smith and Matt Damon, but plus Bill Murray and some guy. I am going to throw so many parties in hopes of Murray magically showing up and teaching me how to golf. "You're on the final hole. You're about 455 yards away. You should hit about a 2 iron, I think."
There's an urban
legend that's gone round until no one is sure who it happened to, or if
it happened at all. It was late one night, a few years ago, when a
young man was walking through Union Square Park. He suddenly felt
someone behind him, their hands over his eyes. When he turned in
surprise, there was Bill Murray, his creased face leaning in close.
Bill whispered, "No one is ever going to believe you," and then just
walked away.
Wow! This whole article makes me wonder, where else will Bill Murray unexpectedly appear?
After the jump, I reveal some of Bill Murray's secret special appearances.
