HBO Really Missing The Wire With New Penis Comedy
Perhaps I'm jumping the gun by pre-judging Hung
the show just greenlit by HBO and starring the excellent Thomas Jane as
a guy with a huge schlong, but damn if the premise doesn't sound a
little one-note:
"The title of the series is a play on the plotline;
it’s about a high school basketball coach, Ray, who is well endowed and
uses his best asset to his advantage."
Isn't the foundation of comedy built around the
neuroses of small-penised writers? Or am I forgetting that we're not
talking about television?
