The State Reuniting Live at Sketchfest

You know how everyone always clamors for The State DVD set? Well, they are finally releasing The State on DVD. Except it's not going to be on DVD. And it will be live. And it will be all new material…

The shows will be the first time all 11 members of the group have been onstage together in more than 10 years. Among them: Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter, David Wain, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Ken Marino and Robert Ben Garant. Tickets are on sale now, and they'll be performing all-new material.

I would kill to see this, but I can't afford it. If only there was a figure who traveled across the land giving presents to all those who celebrated the birth of the one true savior. If only…

You know how I wanted that snuggie (slanket also acceptable) for Christmas? Well, with all due respect, fuck that, Mr. Santa Claus. What I really want is a plane ticket to San Francisco as well as tickets for Sketchfest. Did you know I was born in San Francisco? The trip could be way educational. If you do not get me these tickets, I swear to Christ in heaven, I will hunt you down and make a decorative handbag from your sun-dried hide. If my demands are not met, I'll make sure every year from now will be the year without a Santa Claus.

I sure hope he reads the Comedy Central Insider, because I'm not wasting postage. Do you know how much it costs to mail something to the North Pole?
