Last year this kid Jacob got to meet his favorite actor, Stephen Colbert, thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation. And this week, Jacob's mom surprised him with the sweater Stephen wore in A Colbert Christmas, which she won in an auction that benefited Feeding America. There's basically no part of this story that won't warm the iced-over cockles of your tiny black heart.
Incidentally, if there are any kids out there who idolize basic cable comedy network bloggers, I've got a bunch of sweaters that I'd be willing to let go. Sweaters, socks, toothbrushes, you name it, and it could be all yours. Cheap. All proceeds will benefit Nintendo and White Castle.
