Happy Birthday, Larry the Cable Guy!

According to legend (and Wikipedia), on February 17, 1963, Mrs. The Cable Guy gave-r-birth to her son Larry. That's right, Larry the Cable Guy turns 46 today. To celebrate, why not watch this video about underpants?
