If you read Variety before you read CC Insider, well, I guess we're just not as close I thought we were. We'll talk about it in friendship counseling. Nonetheless, if you read Variety this morning, you might have seen that Comedy Central has picked up Daniel Tosh's Tosh.0.

Comedy Central has greenlit a series that will feature comedian Daniel Tosh delivering biting commentary about blogs and various other Internet destinations.

The cabler has ordered 10 episodes of weekly series "Tosh.0," which is slated to go into production immediately and premiere on the channel in June.

"Finally, a television show that steals from the Internet, as opposed to the other way around," quipped Tosh, who made Variety's 10 Comics to Watch list in 2006.

I'm glad someone's going to stick it to all those shitty blogs that create their content by recycling stuff from TV. Now, click past the jump and enjoy a clip from Daniel Tosh's 2006 Comedy Central Presents.
