On last night's Colbert Report, Stephen attempted to soften the blow of the grim economic news by running footage of puppies and kittens behind infamous market analyst Jim Cramer.
I, for one, think using lots and lots of puppies and kittens is the perfect way to survive the recession. After all, it's hard to think negative in the face of a cute animal, and the effects of positive thinking are indisputable. Plus, if things get really bad, we can eat them.
