After weeks of back-and-forth and even some intervening from Stephen Colbert, CNBC's Jim Cramer and Jon Stewart will finally face off when the Mad Money host appears on The Daily Show this Thursday at 11pm/10c. Two men will enter! Only two men will leave!
In case you missed it, here's Jon Stewart lambasting Cramer on last night's show.
Want more? Of course you do. Head over to Indecision for The Daily Show and Colbert's Best Jim Cramer Moments, which will soon be one-clip shy of complete.

Jon,
You are the best!! Love you for exposing the CNBC frauds and the other corporate shills who were busy cheerleading while everything was going under and now they have some nerve to scream at President Obama.
Ask Jim about MRVC – when he spoke about it 2 yrs ago it went up $.10 to $4.20 then down to $.25 yesterday. What is his explanation for that when he said it should go up to $8.00?
No clue if anyone is actually reading this, but you guys need to bring up this clip of Cramer celebrating the subprime mortgage crisis's impact on the working poor. Apparently, this means it's a sure bet to invest in "pawnbrokers and loan sharks!"

Jon Stewart STAND YOUR GROUND! Don't back off, don't back down.
I am the YouTube user responsible for re-uploading the March 4th Daily Show segment from CrooksAndLiars.com:
"Jon Stewart Eviscerates CNBC and Rick Santelli"

The YouTube video generated over 170,000 views and close to 1,500 comments, ranking #1 most-commented for the week in just a few short days before it was taken down due to copyright infringement from Viacom International Inc.
I invite Viacom to reconsider:

I'm looking at the copy I have on my desktop, a .mov file containing 13.1 MB of data. This represents about 2,263,627.6 MB of data transmitted over the Internet by YouTube servers in four days.
This is a hot-button issue. I received a death threat in my YouTube account personal messages folder, and many of the video's comments were nasty.
The people want to talk about this, and allowing people to post properly cited and linked-back clips on YouTube will only increase awareness and discussion.
Thank you,
Matt
Actually it is John Stewart who is in danger of looking like a bully this time around. Jim is an idiot – everyone by now knows this – but to publicly lambast him for a second time is not only pointless but dangerous. Jim may garner sympathy from the audience while John looks like a bully. If that happens, the Daily Show will find itself on a slippery slope. Watch your step John.
Cramer is a short sell scam artist.
Kramer is a stupid idiot just like all the other wall street financial experts. They are clueless and worthless. No wonder America is in such dire straits, because instead of technocrats and scientists running the country, we let these morons run it.
I like them both, Cramer can't predict the future, people act on his advice and then blame him are just passing the buck
the bear stearns collapse is painful for everyone. its just a big whoops, but cramer certainly made the wrong call on that 6 weeks before it crashed, BUT he certainly called this collapse as soon as Bear went under…ie the "they know nothing" bit, if you just listened to him after that, and sold. you'd think yourself a genius
Who's Jon Stewart?
Cramer lived in the back seat of his car for some time and was spun out on meth or blow! Stewert is doing what he does best.
Hey Jon Stewart, hope you're studying the tapes: http://tpmtv.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/03/cramer_responds_to_stewart_w_h.php
Jim Cramer knows the market like the back of his hand, he will bring you economic-pain-de facto! Whatever that means, I hope you're prepared!
Jon…I love you and my huby and I watch VERY nite. I would rather get my news from you any day vs. watch the fox "biased and Skewed "network. My folks are relentless right wing and I am soooooo sick of hearing how Bush and all the trickle down people are sooo right and NOW persecuted by the demos… you are great and informative…you just don't spin it their way…alot of over paid ,ego driven middle age men that are hate driven and crisis oriented. There is nothing happening at the Big House to "report on so they have to pick on you. We are with you honey!!
Jim Cramer will totally start bringing out the jargon to confuse Jon Stewart, talking about capex, TED spreads, etc. to sound like he knows what he's talking about.
Better be prepared to respond to/defuse something like that.
Jon-
Keep up the good work on CNBC! I watch CNBC everyday since I am a professional in the field. I can bearly stand their economic dogma, so I mute more often than not. As Joe Nocera mentioned the other night, they do have some good reports like David Faber, Steve Leisman, Bill Griffith and recently returned failed hedge fund manager Ron Insana. Cramer, however is not the worst one. The Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and Hanity of CNBC is Larry "supply sider" Kudlow! He has been calling for a "goldie locks" rally since 12,500 on the Dow. Kudlow and his cast of recycled Reganites, who are shuttled from his show to FOX and other conservative shows to spread their economic message that greed and exploitation is good under the guise of free markets, are the ones to focus your sharp and creative wit on!!!! If your expert film crew goes back to the top of the market 10/07 and follow Kudlow they will find weeks of material. This Bush loving hypocrite, who prior to the election was religated to a 6 pm show, is now back on during market hours. Furthermore, he is asking the question is Obama responsible for the 20% market decline since the election. No such questions were asked during the Bush Administration's irresponsible fiscal policies and Wall Streets unregulated Greed that drove us off this cliff.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO AT LEAST SOME WORK ON KUDLOW! Maybe you can use anti Kudlow comments during Thursday's Cramer interview to find one thing you and Cramer can agree on: Kudlow is an idealog that has no place on a business news channel!! As you know Kudlow and Cramer had a show together on CNBC a few years ago and couldn't stand each other in the end! PS Kudlow is the former Bear Stearns Chief Investment officer who was restricted from the business for life because of his constant use of Cocaine on the job during the 80's and early 90's! This is why he is on TV and not at some brokerage house giving his irresponsible advice. Furhtermore rumor recently has it that he wants to run for the US Senate a perfect place for a Crackhead! Please relieve us of our misery and do to Kudlow what you did to Crossfire!!! END IT!! Thanks for pointing out the hypocracy and making us laugh!!!
