Jon Stewart and Jim Cramer: The Extended Daily Show Interview
From Indecision…
Jim Cramer and Jon Stewart went toe-to-toe last night. It was just like Ali-Foreman, only with more head trauma. But you didn't see everything. Much of the interview had to be cut for time. But this is the internet, where all we have is time. So, here now, is the exclusive, uncensored, complete three-part interview.
Head over to Indecision for the rest.

One of the best straight talk interviews in recent times on any network. Way to expose a fraudulent financial practice and put a face on it for the world to see. Good work Jon!
Jon Stuart, you criticize Cramer for making business entertainig, however his way of teaching has caused me, an eighteen year old teen to find stocks interesting and obviously important, however how can you critiscize Cramer on his crazy ways of teaching when you do the exact same thing on your show, take your own advice first before you feed it to others.
Great job Daily Show. It's just too bad we have to watch Comedy Central for serious journalism. John, how about the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Fortune – did anybody in the business press investigate any of this stuff? This story goes deeper than CNBC.
I thought the interview was fantastic. To see Cramer sweating over his own hypocrisy and having it done by someone just as involved was great. Jon, Desiree is correct. You should take your own advice. I know you are trying to be funny, but you spin the news to advance your political views on a day in day out basis. What is the difference? For example, you say the free markets pushed the economy to where it is. I think the only reason why you had Cramer on the show was because Bush is not around to make fun of anymore. You (media) and Washington know, it was your involvement that drove the nation to this crisis. You guys sold your souls to the liberal slime machine to ensure political protection and job security. You don’t report the news, you butcher it. So to be fair to Cramer, you are just as guilty and no more righteous then he.
Wow,
That was some show. I could hardly believe my eyes and ears. !
It is refreshing to see that Jon can "hold their feet to the fire"
as well as do comedy. I like Cramer too. He is a good guy but he needed to be called out by The Dailey show to add another layer of reality to this crazy economic crisis we are going through.
I think it gave a lot of people a "reality check" at the same time. Great show. Keep up the good work Jon.!
Congratulations, an outstanding week of reporting and entertainment, culminating with the Jim Cramer interview. You deserve to take next week– off but we will miss you. You broach a series of serious problems including financial oversight – when will we start to see it ?? Please –Keep following up. You by default have a new calling.
Another issue you approached – softball interviews with no follow up or research for the facts on all the network shows so the personality will return weather they are CEO’s or the Secretary of State, VP etc. Again congratulations !!!.

Mad respect for Jim Cramer. Took some serious balls to come on that show. He knew what he was walking into and did it. Kudos sir!
