Was that a great Roast or what? I don't know if you know it, but that Roast has screwed more blacks than that thing that was destructive to the African-American community! I'm telling you, I wouldn't bang that Roast with the opposite-gendered-genitalia of someone else on the dais! It's okay though, because I only Roast the Roasts I love. And if you saw The Comedy Central Roast of Larry the Cable Guy last night, you know there was a lot to love.
But even if you saw it, you didn't see it without the bleeps. So, here are some NSFW versions of my favorite moments from the show. We begin with the most bizarre moment of the night, Gary Busey roasting Gary Busey.
More clips after the jump and on the official Roast site. And be sure to catch an encore presentation of the Roast tonight at 1am / 12c.
i just jumped in to say if the bleeps were being used g.d. should have been included.
Please forgive my typo in "around" after I had mangled congregations by spelling it as congregrations, perhaps I was too anal to not include the r in there somewhere. Now there isn't a real reason to tie to me to a wooden stake with fags at my feet; I wouldn't want lolattheothercommenters to waste any time on me, as it were.
So Lisa Lampanelli is the most controversial speaker of quips last night? Perhaps we should include the quip concerning the stability of Bob Reid's T-Cell comment to the stability of (I think it was) Gary Busey's mental state. It fell so flat that she had to mention its failure. So the quip that earned the groans and faces concerning Larry the Cable Guy's ever going "get r done" mantra being so common now that it could date Chris Brown is a raging success. Folks, it is a roast. Below the belt is not only expected, it is encouraged. Go back the Big Three Network days of roasts and see what Dean Martin and company tried to get by the censors. Gary and Maureen rocked, and Warren Sapp pulled a nice white woman – black men line on Lisa that it should be engraved and mounted somewhere. Beautiful man. For the people who are having a pissing contest about the language, it was played after prime time but not so early that you should have already left your congregrations. Stick aound the membership during the next roast and discuss the words like "Bunnies, pot roasts, gasoline, wooden stakes, fags (smallish tree limbs used to get fires really going around wooden stakes), ropes, theocracy, voting on a Wednesday, etc." Perhaps maybe you should leave POT roasts out after all.
g.d. is the worst because its the only one that is a commandment.do not take the lords name in vain!
LOL @ the guy saying god damn is the worst cuss word in english. Since when are twat, cunt, dick, and cum not vulgar? You only find god damn to be the worst because you are christian and won't put the two words in the same sentence. Jeff Foxworthy I'm sure was truly humiliated by cuss words since he's a comedian and no one ever cusses at comedy shows. LMAO AT YOU FAGGOTS WHO LEFT THESE COMMENTS.
The entire program was an abomination,I didn't see much because I tuned in that heathen that was the emceewas saying things that I didn't hear in the military. She has no pride whatsoever.Even Jeff Foxworthy was himiliated by the verbage.I will never support that station or Larry the Cable Guy again
I watched the roast of Larry last night, and was very amused by the jokes. What I wasn't amused by was the person working the 'bleep' button. They bleeped words such as cunt, twat, dick, and come, but didn't bleep GD. Twat, cunt, dick, and come are not usually considered vulgar and profane words, but GD is the most vulgar and profane word in our language. Clean up your act.
I watch the Larry the Cable Guy Roast and felt it was very vulgar. Jeff Foxworthy was the only decent person on the show and proved you can be funny without being vulgar. As much as I like Toby Keith, I was amazed at his comments and he was mild compared to the rest of the group. I am glad I don't go the see these so called comedians because I would be getting up and walking out of their shows once they started in with the vulgarity such as they used last night.
