The State DVD set is basically the hoverboard of comedy. Back in the early 90s, some kid started a rumor that it was coming out in a few months, and then a couple times a year, you'd hear it was just a few months more. And sure, DVDs didn't even exist in the early 90s, so this is a pretty flawed analogy, but I have kids to feed and a hoverboard-reference quota to make, so get off my back. Anyway, hoverboards are totally coming out in a few months.

At the risk of being let down yet again, I'm going to say it's pretty safe to put all of your excitement eggs in this basket. The State DVDs are going to be the best thing to happen on July 14 since Harry Dean Stanton was born!
