Some French dude once wrote that hell is other people, which is ridiculous, since hell is being denied access to Jokes.com. Clearly, we ponder the big questions. Why not dwell on our mortality and the mysterious rewards that await us (unless you're an atheist, then it's just worms, and lots of them) by watching five rock-star stand-ups tickle the Grim Reaper. One thing is for sure: if you laugh yourself to death, you'll have a pretty good idea what to expect.

5. Patton Oswalt

Zombies are the first sign of the Apocalypse, which is basically proof of God. It's hard to decide which disturbs Patton more — armies of the undead or the existence of heaven.

4. Carlos Mencia

Don't pray for the Pope, he's got the Almighty on speed dial. Carlos points out that if the Pope needs celestial help from us, then we're all pretty much damned.

MORE VIDEO: Attention Ladies: it is not the fault of Carlos or men in general if you cannot have an orgasm. Get thyself off.

3. Brian Scolaro

Getting up to cloud-shrouded heaven is complicated by our being sealed in a box and buried in a hole. Brian wants to know why we do that.

2. Dana Gould

So Ghandi and Hitler meet in the afterlife… Dana tells a classic politically-incorrect joke with that marvelous set-up.

MORE VIDEO: Dana's love life is painful, and therefore, hilarious.

1. Reggie McFadden

Is the homeless man Reggie encounters really Jesus? Because, on the off chance he is, then Reggie might regret not throwing the guy fifty cents.

MORE VIDEO: Nothing ruins a party more, according to Reggie, than the eventual fragrance of crack smoke wafting by.
