As John Oliver learned on last night's Daily Show, there are two schools of thought about the Large Hadron Collider. Some think it will destroy the world, while other don't. But, what about the third possibility, that the LHC will turn the oceans into marmalade and make Tuesday part of the weekend?



So, it looks like we probably won't actually be killed by the LHC, which is a big relief, because I was areally looking forward to dying of swine flu.
