The promises of our favorite sci-fi movies often go unfulfilled. After all, we still don't have hoverboards like in Back to the Future II, and there aren't robots that look like Haley Joel Osment like in Pay It Forward. But as Stephen Colbert pointed out last night, there's at least one planet-obliterating feather we can now put in our caps.
The Colbert Report airs Monday through Thursday at 11:30pm / 10:30c.
