If you were ever twelve, you probably enjoyed pulling a few prank phone calls. I remember once, I called a pizza place and said, "Your refrigerator is running." And then they were all like, "What? Huh? Who is this?" And then I yelled "This is the penis police! You're penis is running," and hung up.
