Colbert Gets His Head Shaved in Iraq
The Colbert Report's week of shows from Iraq started out with a bang last night. Along with a crowd of hundreds of rowdy soldiers, the show featured appearances from John McCain and Barack Obama. But that's not where the similarities to my honeymoon end. The show capped off with Stephen going high and tight courtesy of General Ray Odierno.

Thanks for declaring the Iraq War effort over. Finally, we can declare that the Iraq Nation Building effort has begun — although the announcement will come 7 years late: the War was over on Day 3 when (a) the Republican Guard was decimated; (b) Saddam was no longer in charge of his Gov't; and (c) the USA Army rolled in to Baghdad unmolested. Since then, the USA has been conducting a Nation Building effort — one that's necessary, but probably not worth $1 trillion.

I was so honored to be listed- title by title with the great Colbert I have had a crush on him since long before my days as Miss U.S.O., so I am super excited to be reigning with him. As for challenging my title as Miss U.S.O….he is on. I formally challenge Mr. Stephen Colbert to a re-match. Name the time and place and I will be there sash and fishnets in hand. I may be infatuated with Le Colbert, but I will defend my title with honor and panache. So, let the games begin! Mr. U.S.O. You are goin’ down. If Colbert really thinks he can hack it as Miss U.S.O., let’s find out.
