Norm Macdonald was on The Tonight Show a few days ago and he was obviously hilarious. Having Norm on Conan is like watching an imp frustrate a shoemaker. The shoemaker is just trying to do his job, but the imp keeps eating the leather. That analogy is based on an old Russian folktale told to me by a wandering gypsy who predicted one day I'd write a post about Norm thwarting Conan's promo and would employ her tale as an analogy. Boy! Gypsies are always 100% right!
