When Ed McMahon Co-Hosted The Daily Show
As you may have heard, entertainment legend Ed McMahon has died at the age of 86. He'll be remembered for his decades as Johnny Carson's comedic foil on The Tonight Show as well as his various spokesman gigs, but what some may have forgotten is a 1999 episode of The Daily Show that McMahon co-hosted with Jon Stewart. Below, you'll find the entire episode followed by a second appearance McMahon made in 2000.

Ed McMahon was exposed to high levels of indoor mold and suffered endless health problems as a result. I know Ed's doctor and interviewed him about mold exposure.

Though the topic has been successfully repressed by monied interests (insurance, building industry interests), it remains a significant but misunderstood problem in our national health agenda.
It is too bad so many ignorant people made fun of Mr. McMahon's illnesses caused by mold, and many others shamed him for attempting to get justice for his mold-injuries. Shame on them all.
Maybe we can open a dialogue on this topic and finally begin to address our nation's multi-billion dollar mold crisis.
