Jason Jones: Behind the Veil – The Complete Saga
Jason Jones's reports from Iran taught us so much about Persia and its people. For example, I'd been under the impression that Iran was a Scandinavian nation where the citizens traveled everywhere on pogo-sticks and subsisted solely on bumblebee pie. Turns out at least half of that is untrue. If you missed any of the segments, the entire series is collected here.
More after the jump.
The Daily Show airs Monday through Thursday at 11pm / 10c.

Dear Jon and Jason,
I think your coverage on Iran has been superb.
It was funny and showed the brighter side of Iranian people.
I liked your interview with Reza Aslan as well.
However, I think there is something more that you can do.
It is heart-breaking to see innocent people are being beaten and killed on the streets day after day for the very basic human rights. This is not about Iranians or Americans, this is about humanity and how people are being treated for simply asking what happened to their vote? The revolutionary guards attack you house and take your family members and belongings with them and you cannot complain to anybody. As you know a momentum has started to fight back and it is very important to sustain this momentum. The media has got tired of covering Iran. People don't have more appetite about this. You guys can make a difference by keeping this movement alive. People in Iran love your show and if you show your support in subtle ways, people will go vrazy to watch your show.
I suggest that you add a green zone section. Just have something green every time without mentioning it and people will wait to find out what was green today. You can have a green mug or a green background or whatever you may think of. You guys are very creative. I know this is too much to ask. But I assure you, that people go out of their way in Iran to watch an episode on the daily show just to find something green. I don't know what to do, tha tis why I am writing to you. Keep up your good work!
Best,
-nanaz
