A while back, UCLA tapped James Franco, a university alum, to deliver this year's commencement speech. Unfortunately, Franco backed out at the last second, but the university was able to replace him with its most accomplished, intelligent and competent alumnus, Brad Delson from Linkin Park. Even though he didn't speak at the university's commencement, Franco wrote and rehearsed the speech for the camera, posting the resulting video online.
