It's time for a new Open Mic Challenge from Comedy Central and Jokes.com. This one's called Life's a Beach, because we want to see your best summer and beach-themed original stand-up bits. I know what you're thinking, "Hey, why should I listen to you? You've never been on Flight of the Conchords or The Daily Show or that one episode of Mad Men." And you're right. So here's Kristen Schaal to fill you in.
For the duration of the contest, I'll be highlighting a different entry each day, starting with the one embedded after the jump. Meanwhile, to see the rest of the entries we've received so far and submit your own, check out the official Life's a Beach site.
